CysDB is an database collection of Cys Post-Translational Modifications for seven different kinds of modifications . Post-Translational modifications such as Disulfide , Metal-Binding , Thioether , Sulfenylation , Glutathionylation , Palmitoylation and Nitrosylation are curated from the UniProt Database . There are about 12,42,68,95 sites and proteins among all the organisms . These Post-Translational Modifications are involved in most of the biological process and pathways . The database can extract different parameters . All these parameters can help in exploring the biological process, protein microenvironment, cell organelles and also literature information.

How to Use?

1. Go to the Database Online Server.

2. Go the Query section of the Online Server page.

3. Enter the UniProt_ID or Cell Organelle or Biological Pathway or the Genus name of the organism in the given space and click on Submit.

4. You will get an results page in a new tab.
